A Nutrition & Health Coach targets the lifestyle factors which influence your overall health such as sleep, diet, stress levels, movement, and relationships. They are professionally trained to listen, support, assist, and guide clients to make healthy lifestyle changes. Generally, we work with clients looking to improve their overall health, change their diet, improve their digestion and gut health, look at cravings, improve their sleep, handle stress and make changes to become the best version of themselves.

My Nutritics service is for you! As well as analyzing your diet I can input recipes and tell you exactly what makes up one portion of a recipe.
If you would like to know exactly how many nutrients are in your diet, such as the macronutrients (Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats), micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), and calories you are consuming, I can analyze a food diary using Nutritics Software.
A minimum of a 3-day food diary must be supplied, and these are input, which can then be added to a consultation, or a simple 15-minute Zoom call to talk through the results. The analysis produces a document that can be emailed to the client. This service is €80.

As a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, I am available to support you to improve your overall lifestyle and work on increasing your wellbeing and longevity, through the analysis of your dietary and lifestyle habits and by putting together meal plans and other suggestions that may help you achieve your goals. I act as an ally, whilst offering my knowledge and expertise as an expert and educator. It’s a very collaborative approach rather than being prescriptive.

Quality sleep is as essential to survival as food and water. However, approximately 2/3 of us feel like we are regularly not getting enough sleep. Even if we are getting the recommended quantity, it is the quality of sleep that may be more important as we need to cycle through a number of sleep stages through the night in order for the body and brain to restore and regenerate from the day. Failure to do so may leave us feeling unrefreshed in the morning no matter how many hours we were in bed.
Together, we can create a plan to improve your sleep quality and increase your energy levels.

1 - Starting off
Start by keeping a 3-day food diary, of what you eat and drink, documenting how you sleep, your mood, energy levels, forms of exercise, and how you generally feel. Once I receive your food diary I will assess it prior to our first consultation to recognise what foods, minerals, and vitamins you may be lacking. You will receive a detailed health questionnaire and a food diary to fill out.
Two days after receiving your food diary, we will meet for your consultation and go through your health history. We look at your health concerns and goals you would like to achieve over the next 3-4 weeks. We will meet a few days later, and I will have a plan in place tailored to your individual needs. We will discuss it together and I will email it to you the following day.
We will meet every three weeks and at these sessions, I will have more recommendations. We will discuss how the changes have impacted you. I am your accountability coach, and together we will work for you to achieve your goals. Before each tri-weekly session, you will receive a revisit form. This helps me know what concerns you have and we can track your progress. If you would like more information on this process, contact me.
